One year after Archigon completed its first project on Alfred-Döblin Platz, a twin building was constructed on the opposite side of the square in the same architectural style but with an opposing color scheme. In contrast to the white concrete residential building on Dresdener Straße 114, the new building opposite on the corner of Waldemarstraße featured an anthracite-colored facade. Both projects also boast floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding panels.
